At Vipora, we are committed to delivering high-quality mobile app development services. Due to the custom nature of our work, payments made for completed milestones, development work, design services, consultations, and digital deliverables are generally non-refundable.
Clients may request cancellation before development work begins. If approved, any eligible refund will be processed after deducting costs already incurred for planning, design, licensing, hosting, or other project-related expenses.
If Vipora is unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control, we will work with the client to find a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund where appropriate.
